I really enjoy listening to Vanessa as she is down to earth and relatable. She is very intelligent and informative. She delivers all her knowledge in an easy to understand, and fun to listen to format. I love how she incorporates her personal experiences, and really makes you feel like your hearing all this amazing and helpful information from a dear friend. She is extremely well researched and thorough and does a fantastic job breaking down scientific studies so that they’re relatable and understandable. I appreciate how she remains current, and provides the latest and most up to date research. A definite must listen to podcast if your looking to optimize your health.
