🏠 WHY You Should Downsize Before You Have To #34
Many people wait until they are in their golden years to think about downsizing. Others end up being forced to downsize unexpectedly due to a health issue or accidents. Most people don't even think about it until they are ready to put their house on the market so they can move to a smaller home with less maintenance.
In this episode, I'll run through a few reasons why waiting could set you up for a lot of angst and strife within your family and why taking care of it sooner rather than later will make the process so much less stressful!

Can Your Task Manager Do This? #33
Oh, wow, I had no idea task managers could do so much! If you are struggling to manage notebooks and sticky notes everywhere in order to remember what tasks you must get to, then I am sure you are familiar with the scenario where a task was missed, an appointment forgotten, or an important list was left at home on your desk, or something very similar.
Today's guest, Dr. Frank Buck, is a master at productivity because he has found a masterful tool that does everything he needs it to do in order to stay on task and get everything done he is expected to get done.
We will cover the 7 things to look for in a task manger and which one Frank uses to keep himself from ever missing a meeting, losing a note, forgetting to make a call, or forgetting who borrowed a book from him. It was IMPRESSIVE!

You may not realize WHY you should have a home inventory but when you hear the many reasons why you should in this episode, you won't want to delay doing your very own! Carol Kaufman shares a heartbreaking story of a dear friend whose home was lost in Katrina and how they were unable to recoup money for the contents of their home because they had no proof of what they had owned. That amounted to a devastating financial loss of $300,000 worth of goods.
