The best

Love this podcast! Heather is the best. Had to streamline my podcasts and this is the only ocr podcast I listen to now. Asks questions like a fan... not obnoxious and really seems to love the sport! Great job. Keep it up!

Refreshing and relatable material!

Came across your podcast earlier today because of the Morgan McKay interview. I have listened to 3 additional episodes now (just subscribed!). Really enjoy the topics, questions and people you interview. I am a weekend warrior making my transition into competing at an elite level. It is refreshing and much more relatable listening to other people that are making that transition as well. Other OCR podcasts I've listened to interview just the elite of the elite and it’s sometimes hard to have any take aways to improve my training . Keep up that good work!
