My name is Tia & I'm a Creative Type who is fluent in fashion. Marie Forleo would say I'm a "multi-passionate entrepreneur" (if you don't know who that is, Google her right now!) I think this title best expresses all of the hats I wear as a stylist, designer, photographer, social media maven & now podcast hostess?!
Through Lady Getz & now Passion & Purpose, my goal is to create products & content for those yearning to live a more fulfilling life. To me, so much of that is about doing what you love every day when it comes to a career. Plus, cultivating positive relationships, practicing gratitude, being healthy mentally & physically and finding any way to be happy, so you too can love every damn day of your life - because we only get one!!
My hope for this platform is to continue to build a community of dreamers. A space where ladies can come together over a shared love for the entrepreneurial journey & living a magical life. I want you to be able to walk away with knowledge to take the necessary steps needed to level up and create the life you were meant to. An extension from the Passion & Purpose events, it will be a place for amazing conversations & I can't wait for you to come along for this journey.
The One With The Bombs
When I was planning for for the Passion and Purpose event in 2019, I was searching for really cool, female led companies who could be involved - ones who offered products or services, that truly helped women to be at their best. Somehow, in my endless Instagram scrolling, I found Helen Hall. Helen is The founder of several companies - at under the age of 30, her list of accomplishments is truly awe inspiring. She is the creator of my go to smoothie addition, the Blender Bomb. Blender bombs are omega-3 rich smoothie boosters, designed to make your smoothie the ultimate meal replacement. What started out as a side hustle has now grown exponentially, and branched out into many different ventures. Helen lives and breathes an 80/20 mentality in health and her business. With no signs of slowing down anytime soon - Helen Hall is just at the beginning of her journey.
The One With Old Friends
For my first episode back I caught up with my good friend Holly of teach me style. Holly and I have known each other for over 15 years and seen one another at so many different life stages. Now we’re onto our next chapters in business and supporting one another at every turn. We chat about those old , when we met as cheerleaders for the CFL and being young, choosing our paths in life, growing businesses & what’s next!
Glad to have you tune in for another episode and hope you enjoy our catch up!
The One About Scrunchies
This week I had the pleasure of chatting with Emily Minion, the founder of Chelsea King. Which if you don’t already know, is a Canadian hair accessory brand that has mastered the scrunchie. I’ve been wearing them daily and I’ll never go back to a normal hair elastic again.
What started out as a hobby making pieces for her daughter, has turned into a growing empire. Chelsea King scrunchies have been seen on women all over North America, including Jillian Harris & Alessandra Ambrosio - and even graced the pages of People Magazine.
Chealsea King is proof that you don’t need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to launching a brand. As my friend Riley would say, you can do things that have been done before, because you will bring your own magic.
So tie your hair back in that scrunchie and grab a seat in the sun - so happy to have you here for another episode.

The One About New Beginnings
For over a decade Chelsea was the co-owner of a very successful group of fashion boutiques, but after recent changes in the economy and how people shop, plus some not so great business decisions, she found herself at a crossroad. One that has allowed her to reevaluate what’s important, celebrate the success she did have & think about a fresh start towards an exciting future!
The One About Confidence
For my first episode I had to connect with my friend Riley Lawson, as she and I have been navigating this world of entrepreneurship for the better part of a decade. We’ve both had so many twists and turns in our journeys to where we are today and are going to chat about how ultimately you always end up where you’re supposed to, if you simply follow your passions.
"Where people get caught up, is not really believing in themselves on that deep level - their gifts and what they have to offer. And I think that the prescription for that is the personal work.“
"Most of the time the things that you’re struggling with looks a lot like ‘business’ but is actually a whole lot of personal.”

Listened to the first 3, all back to back. Loved them. I especially loved the one with Riley, so much magic! 😊
Such a Moving Story
Wow, such an amazing open interview. Chelsea was so open and shared some of the most intimate stories of her business life. She is going to go so far in whatever she chooses to do in the future.
I love that you’re bringing these conversations forward and providing a space for growth in so many ways. Keep sharing your magic, girlfriend 🦋✨
