Pelvic Floor and Scar Tissue Care for Better Health, Sex & Postpartum Recovery

There are so many myths surrounding pelvic floor health and recovery after birth. Many women are told that leaking after having kids is normal and that they better be careful when they sneeze. But that's not the case. Many women suffer from pain during sex with their partner due to scar tissue that hasn't been treated or cared for properly. A problem they should not have to accept and live with. In today's interview Marcy Crouch dispels some of those myths.
Marcy Crouch is a board certified women’s health physical therapist and has a passion to change the way women are cared for during and after their pregnancies.
