S3E21 - Silence of the Sacrificial Lambs
This podcast I speak with Kyle. Kyle has done the opposite of the Alan Jackson song and has gone City from the county. Kyle was a cop in rural Utah before a serious of mistakes cost him his job. Fate lead him down a path to his new career as an actor in Hollywood. We break down his story, a cautionary tale for other Officers. Personally I have seen some people keep their job doing far worse (in my opinion those folks should have been fired but kept their job). What do you think?

S3E20 - Same Team?
This episode long time friend of the podcast and guest of a few them of them Reilly (maybe Jonesy I don't remember) joins the podcast. He posed a question to me in my DM's that was worth of a podcast discussion. There used to be ( and maybe still is in some places) this idea of earning your place and striving to be respected by the senior cops. We explore that idea and why it's important and why it could be different now. I think we do a good job balancing that in some ways the older generation needs to evolve and why in some ways there are right. We also do the same with the younger generation of cops who in my opinion don't have the same values as the older generations.
We offer some ideas on who to come together as a profession. We also dive into a long lost PMPM post that had tons of great learning points in the comments. We will do some podcasts in the future hitting some of those ideas.
Also we get my attempt at sports ball play by play.

S3E19 - Whiz Bang
This episode I speak to a Philly Cop. We learn about this back story and how he ended up in Philly. He has a story about the hiring process in another major city. He talks about being a reforming cringe rookie. We talk about some of the unrest in the city of brotherly love over the last few years, and why he doesn't plan on leaving. The discussion includes anti cop DA's and reasons homicides are through the roof. Also, he answers some questions from IG.

S3E17 - Scotch V. Tobias
This episode some of the gang joins me to discuss different academy styles. Toby and Scotch attended different types of academies and each believe their academy was superior. Saul helps preside over the case and he also shares his experiences teaching new Officers over the past few years. We log some stories and crack some jokes a long the way. I also recount a mistake (maybe) I made over the holidays.

S3E16 - Period
This episode Buster Cherry and Angelica join the podcast. A love story as old as time, Cop and Dispatcher. Buster tells his story about a blue falcon within the department sleeping with his now ex wife and the aftermath. Buster also has a great story about a confrontation with a chief from a neighboring jurisdiction. I ask Angelica about the dispatchers being first responders "controversy" and other dispatch related subjects. We also talk about if you put hands on someone if you should charge them. A wild podcast with lots of laughs, rants, and stories.
