Post-Olympic Pressure - Dealing with injury & identity post games w. Jenna Blasman

ALL IN with Natalie Allport

In this podcast we have my friend Jenna Blasman, snowboarding and 2014 Winter Olympian for Team Canada in the sport of Slopestyle snowboarding! Interestingly, our story took similar paths when it came to injury and mental health, however mine occurred from NOT making the Olympic Games in 2014, and hers from MAKING IT to those very same Olympics. Jenna's story (and this conversation) is raw and real, and touches on important topics for athletes and anyone who has dealt with pressure leading up to a big event, and the continued pressure to maintain a certain identity afterwards. Jenna also recently announced her poetry book, Tidal Wave, which touches on the same topics discussed today.
