How to Set Internal Boundaries
Struggling with boundaries? Setting internal boundaries makes it easier to have external boundaries with friends, family, work, lovers...you name it. Internal boundaries help us define ourselves to ourselves. They help us know what we like, don't like, how we feel, what we believe, our emotions, our spiritual sense. When we can clearly take responsibility for our internal physical, emotional, and mental experience, we can navigate the world easier. DON'T PANIC. We don't have this all figured out, either. But we do share our current experiences and terrific tools to help you set and maintain internal boundaries. We believe in you. You're doing great!
Being Patient, Practicing Patience
Is being patient possible? Of course we talk Axl Rose and Botox, but mainly this episode explores how impatience shows up in our spiritual life, our physical bodies, our mental health, our day-to-day lives, and the suffering it causes. Then, we share tools and stories of how we're practicing patience to cultivate more love in ourselves and the world around us. Join us as we talk about how to be patient—at least our attempts—and patience as a spiritual practice. It's lighthearted, serious, and full of love. xo

Our first 2021 episode explores the intentional mindset we want to embody and how we hope to grow in the coming year. We’ll talk choosing a one-word theme to help us focus on our intentions, and what we envision it providing for us over the year. We also share personal goals for 2021and healthy paths towards acheiving those goals. We’re all about intentions, not resolutions. This spiritual journey requires gentleness and a focus on progress, not perfection. Be kind to yourselves. xo

My spiritual best friends!
THANK THE GODDESS FOR THESE WONDERFUL WOMEN!
This podcast saved me. I started listening in April, when my marriage officially ended, and I listened everyday, sometimes to two episodes! I cried, laughed and related to these ladies so much. Through their sharing, I was able to slowly open up more, look at myself, and start the journey of self-awareness and healing.
No words can fully express the gratitude. It’s simple though, these episodes talk about real issues and offer tools to support you! The hard work is yours to do, but the community created by this podcast reminds me I am not alone, and I don’t have to do it alone!
The friends you need
I binged on every episode after finding this podcast, and took away something from every one of them. Their honesty and willingness to be vulnerable makes them real people, and reminds us that whatever we are feeling, we’re not the only one. I love the format of intro / discussion / tools. Thank you ladies, for what you bring!
