Thankyou

Really enjoyed the podcast on the walls that are Southern USA borders. Never knew that the Rio Grande has changed and how complex the Border issue that complex.

Living in a time

Radio Diaries, Story Corps and The Moth are three podcasts that really tug at my heartstrings. They make me feel a part of something...like maybe of being human...or of sharing a moment...or of belonging. There's a wistful quality to Radio Diaries that brings to mind a time of "good old days" but at the same time reminds us that these days weren't always so "good". Kinda like watching "The Waltons" combined with a documentary on dust bowl migrants and The New Deal...or "I Dream of Jeannie" along with a show on Cold War politics. And a sense that we are now living in a time of history-making.
