On this weeks episode of RCWAF we are talking about animal people! We know this has a real name but Fran can't pronounce it so we're just going with animal people. Charlie challenged Fran to read a comic and Fran challenged Charlie to watch a movie...want to know which ones....well you gotta listen to find out. 

We are taking a bit of a hiatus for the fall but for sure we'll be back! 

This week on RCWAF we're looking at historical reimagining....confused? Fear not we explain. I swear. Fran challenged Charlie to watch a couple episodes of one her favourite TV shows Penny Dreadful and Charlie challenged Fran to read one his favourite graphic novels From Hell. Both of which take historical figures both real and literary and reimagine them in new stories. So ya..historical reimaginings! Listen and let us know what ya think!

On this episode of RCWAF we are talking about Comedy because what could be more hilarious than two kinda not funny but kinda funny people talking and dissecting comedy. Francine challenged Charlie to watch Aziz Ansari's new stand up special "Right Now" and Charlie challenged Francine to watch anything by Brian Rogen. They talk about if you can every really separate an artists work from their personal lives, where they draw the line in comedy, and so much more. The theme for next week's episode is Historical Reimagings so stay tuned!

RCWAF is BACK! Hopefully you'll be hearing from us more regularly but also we're pretty bad with regularity. This episode we focus on THE WORST (again) after we had so many requests for a follow up. We had so much fun last time we explored this topic, and really there are so many 'so bad they're good' movies and books out there that we will probably never run out of THE WORST episodes. We also delve into some pretty revealing questions and things unexpectedly get pretty real. Challenges on this episode of THE WORST 2.0: Nick Carter's film "Dead 7" and the children's video "Dream Bunny in Dream Land."

RCWAF returns after another brief hiatus. Francine’s driving the bus again this week with the theme of Love! Discussion about the challenges and some love-related questions leads to some strange ideas and strong convictions. Next week it’ll be the WORST volume 2!

This week's challenges are Jim Jarmusch's  "Only Lovers Left Alive" and the Netflix Original "Dead To Me." 

Charlie and Francine deal with the hair-raising topic of things beyond logic and reason. They talk about the different ways they deal, and then they deal with the challenges. Be wary of minor spoilers, though the hosts tried their best to avoid big ones this episode!
