Class act! This podcast is doing their very best at holding offenders & the legal system accountable
Its unbelievable how many heinous violent offenders literally get away with murder and abuse so often. We won’t let them get away with it with this podcast. It offers us an alternative story, the victim centred story. It features professional analysis with real stats and real life experience.
The survivors and the victims are at the centre of these Real crime profile episodes. We need to remember them, their families & their names and NOT the offenders. This podcast does just that.
It’s a real eye opener into the incredible miscarriages of justice and a faulty system in the US and beyond.
The empathy and support towards the victims is amazing! Well worth the listen. You can learn a lot of what goes on behind the headlines, behind the sensational attention these horrific offenders receive. Also they analyze what’s behind some of these Netflix series on real crime stalkers and killers. Very interesting.
One of the best
Truly enjoy listening to this podcast. They give a voice to the victims. Aren’t afraid to shy away from saying when the justice system messed up. Every case they talk about is done with such respect to honor the victims and bring information to listeners. By far one of the best crime podcast out there.
Unparalleled Podcast
I discovered this podcast last year, and fell down a rabbit hole of "binge listening" to as many episodes as I could, because it's just THAT good. Jim Clemente and Laura Richards have well and truly become my heroes, true inspirations, with so much knowledge, heart, and passion, and who have done so so much good for the world, and continue to do so. These are the people I admire most and aspire to be like, as a 20 year old still trying to find her way in the world. I also adore Lisa, who adds a crucial element to the podcast, the point of view and opinions/questions of a "layman", although Lisa is far from being unqualified and has lots of experience and knowledge now, with the show running for a while, and has an impressive career of her own. I am currently a Psychology student, hoping to go to law school, and to hopefully make even a small fraction of the impact these wonderful humans have made. Thank you, truly, for educating me, for prioritizing the victims, opening my eyes to the very real problems that are present in the justice and policing system, and for continuously working towards a solution, not for your sakes, but for ours.
