I agree nor disagree with your thoughts on the program but I can whole heartedly say that you have done an amazing job of explaining your stance! I think that it’s well thought out and clearly provides vision for where your values stand in regards to your business, which is admirable.

Agree totally!

I absolutely understand what you’re saying. I did one Whole30 and I believe it gave me a totally new understanding of nutrition and it was the beginning of my nutritional journey. But that’s all, an introduction to clean eating and not a lifestyle of Whole30. Constantly restricting your diet will only lead to binging in the end. Finding a meal plan that you can stick with long term and that will nourish your body is the goal! Thanks Dana!
