Very informative...but annoying

With really well-educated guests, I learn so much from this podcast. It also provides a great inspiration (and tools) to improve my life. Unfortunately after a few eels subscribed to to podcast (and Kevin's newsletter) I started to feel a little spammed. It turned into a cycle of 'can you relate to this? And this?' 'Yes. Yes!' 'Please pay several hundred dollars for my program to find out how to fix it!' No thank you. I know your program is there if I ever want it, but I don't need to have it in my face constantly.

Rebooted Body is the best program I have found for eating well, and getting to the underlying problems that prevent it. Kevin Michael Geary is profound in his thinking, and inspiring in the hope he delivers. I love how Kevin thinks so deeply about his subject. He’s passionate about his topic, but doesn’t just waste time spouting superficial fluff. His podcasts are full of incredibly useful information. He always finds the underlying causes for what at first looks like an easy answer. I’m understanding more and more about the problems I’ve not been able to solve for years, and I’m feeling great about everything I learn. Keep flying outside that box, Kevin. You’re doing great work, and I really appreciate that you’re there.

Calling BS on the health and fitness industry. FINALLY!

I'm ex-military, a personal trainer, and yoga teacher and have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on fitness, nutrition and health - most of which shares the same dogmatic (distorted) view of the health and fitness industry today. Great for short-term succes, horrible for long-term results (I'm speaking from personal expereince here). Kevin's approach to achieving the body and life you love is FRESH, UNIQUE, and SOLID. This is not like any other podcast you will find out there because he uncovers the BS we are fed from the health and fitness industry and gives no-nonsense, sound advice and clear action steps to take if you really want to get the body and life you love. If you are ready to hear something completely different than what all the fitness magazines, trainers, and diet programs out there are saying, listen to this podcast. You won't regret it.
