Exceptional Podcast

Thank you Paul and Lauren for providing such great informative content that allows individuals to become more informed and educated about the world of nutrition and fitness! I do understand that in many cases, individuals listening to this podcast may see the medical side of things less relevant BUT HERE ME OUT: every single individual is able to apply this information into practice, and I cooperate these learnings into everyday living on a smaller or a bigger scale! Whatever works! And this is coming from a 22 year old girl who is not interested in competing of any sort but is just interested in her nutrition and fitness journey AND longevity on this beautiful earth we have! Thank you so much! I am a huge fan of the podcast and I am learning something new everyday! I am almost out of podcasts cause I have been binging for awhile now! It’s like hanging out with ya frenz

Listening to Paul and Lauren is like sitting at a round table with two of your close friends. (Who know much more then you do) but the conversation is easy to follow, always makes me laugh and always gives me something new to learn.
I listen to a lot of podcasts and my only recommendation for you two is to create an intro song !!

Excellent (except for pseudo medical advice)

Very much enjoy this show and the banter and the advice - except for the “medical” advice or questioning physicians, legitimate studies or assuming supplement companies are doing their due diligence in testing their own products (lololol). The workout and nutrition advice is generally excellent. Overall it makes me feel more confident at the gym. Also the saying is “muscle weighs more than fat”, isn’t it?
