Great Topics, Great Guests

Love each and every week! Eric has had quite the line-up of guests with different experiences regarding nutrition, fitness, mindset, competition and personal development. It has been really entertaining and educational to listen to each interview and I’m always excited to find out what’s coming up the next week! Solid gold!

Great starter podcast for nutritional information

Eric, who is new to the podcast world isn’t new to life. He has real life experiences that help shape his approach to nutrition. He isn’t afraid to discuss other approaches because he has either read about them in detail or tried and failed at them. The episodes are short and concise which makes the message(s) easier to digest.
