Welcome back to Rendeviews! This week we discuss a challenge many teens and young adults are facing: choosing a major. This decision can have lasting career and economic implications on a person's life. It's no wonder that this decision is often accompanied by a handful of stress. From wanting to swim with the whales and wanting to be the real-world Tony Stark, we chat about the process of picking our majors and offer advice on how to select the best one for you. We also talk about the impact that technology and social media will have on future careers!

From spending hours on Tik Tok and making tons of smoothies, to some more serious topics like research and re-evaluating career choices, we talk about it all. We also take a deep dive into everything that happened leading up to quarantine. We also talk about the toxicity of gaslighting and FOMO during this time.

Welcome back to Rendeviews! This week, we will be chatting about high school extracurriculars and their life-long impacts. Oftentimes, the activities that a student is involved in during high school shapes their interests and may even end up influencing their career choice. We dive into the pressure that students may feel to join multiple extracurriculars simply to look good on a college application. Welcome to our first episode! We are so excited to have you joining us! This week, we will be exploring beliefs and how they change over time. We have found that many beliefs that we had as children were either not as simple or simply untrue. Examples range from believing in Santa to realizing that inequalities can exist in the workplace. We ponder both of these and attempt to answer the ultimate question: Can people change?
