The best history podcast.

A Legend

I’ve been a huge fan of Mike since The History of Rome, and Revolutions is his best work. In particular the Haitian & Russian revolutions are my favourite, but you should listen to every episode.

Excellent

I’m just a history enthusiast, and I appreciate the degree of detail Mike goes into every episode. I loved the Mexican revolution season. The podcast provides a great view on the causes and consequences beyond the romanization of revolutionary heroes, instead portraying them as part of a greater historical moment.

As I wait for the last season, my only consolation is looking forward to his new project.
