Great history, great voice!
Always so interesting and conversational yet extremely well informed. The host has a great voice which makes for great background listening!
Lighthearted and intensely interesting
I love Mr. Ryan’s Youtube series, and was delighted to hear about his podcast. Toldinstone and the companion book focus on some of the practicalities of ancient daily life, in a brief, interesting, and funny way.
