3 episodes

Hosted by Allysa Rochelle, Vulnerable Podcast explores vulnerabilities as strengths and not weaknesses. Each episode I invite a guest to speak on how they have managed to turn some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives into powerful learning experiences, and we explore how these experiences have developed them spiritually and contributed to their wellbeing practice.

We are often encouraged to shy away from our vulnerabilities, here you don't have to do that, my hope is that these episodes resonate with you, and you find strength in your vulnerabilities too.

s4 EP011 - Layla Saad on Answering the call to purpose

In this episode of #VulnerablePodcast I speak to Layla Saad the author of Me and White Supremacy and an anti racism educator about answering the call to purpose. 3 years ago she wrote a blog that went viral which changed her life almost immediately. We speak about her life before, her spiritual foundation the courage it took to step into her calling. I've wanted to ask Layla these questions for years and I'm so happy I got the chance to. Take a listen and let me know in the comments what your main takeaways are.

Ep 008 White Women and White Supremacy

The conversation in episode 008 on White Women and White Supremacy was really powerful. I loved the combination of perspectives from a WOC and a White Woman, sharing the truth about this polarizing subject. If you are a spiritual white woman, you NEED to listen into this very important conversation.
