Sacred Lotus Wisdom Adelaide and Bridgette

Today we're going over different ways we receive messages as well as types of Divination and our experiences with them.

In this episode we'll be covering the energy centers of the body, called chakras, and how their imbalance can lead to different health concerns both mental and physical dis-ease. Bridgette will be explaining how to heal and balance our chakras as well as general information over the chakras.

This episode we talk about religion, how it came to be and how religious concepts are reflected in our society today. We also discuss the connection between religion and subjects like moral development. Finally, we go over what spirituality is and how it is both related and unrelated to religion. It's a pretty eye-opening conversation if you remember that minds are like parachutes, they work better when they're open.
