Sarah, I only just discovered your podcast about six months ago and I love it! I’ve searched for yoga podcasts for a long time now, and yours is one of the most enjoyable while being easy to follow and with such knowledgable guidance. I’m a yoga instructor myself and I love how much I learn from your classes. I also love the variety of classes you’ve shared here. How much fun you let yourself and your students have makes me wish I could participate in person! (I’m in northern Canada though).. I hope you will think about putting out some fresh episodes someday in the future if you can! 🙏🏻♥️
