One step closer!

It honestly has been a blessing to stumble upon this podcast. It has changed my life since I’ve been listening to it. I listened to one and now I can’t stop listening. It has become my morning routine. This podcast has helped me in so many ways. It has helped me understand people and myself. I now know how to handle people and certain situations that affected my everyday life like my anxiety, PTSD, and being a people pleaser and not knowing how to say no. I grew up around narcissistic people and family members and it honestly is what affects my life the most as it’s what caused my anxiety and other complications. With the help of Dr. Ellen Hendrickson I can finally have a relationship with them and cope with my difficulties. This podcast has recently helped me with my fear and anxiety of driving which I am 23 and cannot get myself to do. It has been something that made my life so very difficult and will become more difficult when I move to California. I am one step closer to being able to get on the road. And hopefully one day be able to drive. Thank you so much for helping me and others be one step closer to a healthier mind and life. Thank you for your kind and helping heart! I wish you nothing but the best on your new project and journey in life. God bless you Dr. Hendrickson.
