Extremely Engaging

I was addicted to this podcast as soon as I listened to the first episode. Dr. Orma clearly lays out the major obstacles many people face without being preachy. He is obviously well versed in Objectivism, yet lays out solutions to psychological problems that are logically justified on their own without referring to overly abstract philosophy. He is a refreshing antidote to the standard fare of emotionalist preachers, gurus, and new-age quacks. His focus on mental health through rational selfishness is the revolution they have all missed. This podcast is a must-listen for anyone who is interested in honest self-improvement.
