This week, Jay and Kat explore all the different ways Romeo and Juliet could've gone wrong (or maybe even right?) with an episode exploring Ryan North's choose-your-own-adventure style book Romeo and/or Juliet! (Follow Ryan North on Twitter @ryanqnorth, he's a cool guy. And buy his book, why don't you. It's funny).

Episode 17: Bros before Cleopatros
On this episode of Shakespeare Lads our two handsome oiled bronze Adonises Jay and Kay hit the sexy Shakespeare library of plays and chat about Anthony and Cleopatra. Follow along as we discuss Shakespeare's weird dad-like obsession with land and sea. Is infatuation no good? As well as more classic unnerving conversations.

Episode 16: A Very Queer Play
On the twelfth day of summer, Shakespeare Lads gave to meee...an episode about Twelfth Night! This one truly is a gender-bending play for the ages, so strap yourselves in as Jay and Kat discuss queerness in Elizabethan England, Anne Hathaway's cross-dressing, the eternal hotness of podcast fave Channing Tatum, and 2006 comedy classic She's the Man.

Highly accessible take on Shakespeare!
You may find this podcast to be a great source of entertainment if you are fan of Shakespeare. Through a friendly banter, Kate and Jay skilfully walk you through the bard’s plays one by one. Time flew while listening and I ended up laughing & learning something new in every episode.
I have subscribed to the podcast and listened to all episodes from 2017. The episodes are informative, thought provoking, and entertaining. They are very well produced.
