Listening to this podcast is one of my motivations to go for a walk during my pregnancy. I really feel comfortable getting advice from two knowledgeable and wonderful people. There are some topics that no one talks about maybe because they don’t feel comfortable but every pregnant women need to know them.

Excellent Podcast

Excellent podcast to aid any woman through the questions and challenges of trying to conceive all the way through to the post partum period. Science based yet grounded in their own experiences. Will be suggesting to friends, family and anyone requiring COVID info + breastfeeding. Calmed my nerves.
