🤯 Indescribably good and a total life changer!! There’s gold nuggets in every episode. I’ve now gone back to episode one and am working my way through them all cause I don’t want to miss anything!

Amazing

I first heard Taylor as a guest on the Balanced Bites podcast. I immediately subscribed to this podcast. I went back and started listening from the start. It is my favourite health, wellness and mindset podcast. Taylor is authentic, funny and seriously takes a no BS approach. I seem to always be able to relate to the topics she covers. Overall this podcast has really helped me to look inward, dig deep and do some tough (but much needed) work on my mindset and body image. The personal growth I have experienced since starting to listen to this podcast is wild! Thank-you Taylor

I just found Taylor when I was looking for fitness podcasts and have been loving every one of her episodes. While not what I was searching for, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Her messages for adjusting my mindset and attitude are so perfect!
