Not even a plant fanatic.

Lindsay! Girl, this is just what I needed. Everything you say just hits the spot for me. And I’m not a “dieter” or vegetarian or anything fancy. Just a girl who wanted more information of nutrition and some motivation. Im even replying all your podcasts as I go for my walks. Your just what I need in this food journey I’m on! Great podcast!

Thank you for taking the time to put together all of these intriguing studies studies. It has been helping me to see my relationship with food in a much better light. I’ve always been a chronic emotional eater/ over-eater/ on and off again dieter and just couldn’t figure out why I just couldn’t stop myself from those late night treats. Keep up the episodes!

A Great Resource

This is by far my favourite podcast. I love how Lindsay sticks to the facts, but adds a little personality in too. If you want to listen to someone who is GENUINELY passionate about health for everyone, listen to this. I'm now trying Intermittent Fasting, and Meal Mentor thanks to this information, and both are working amazing for me. I've also read every book she talks about here and I cant wait for the next episode. Thank you Lindsay for sharing this valuable knowledge.
