Would definitely recommend
Just listened to the first episode. I’ve sort of wanted to read the silmarillion for years now but haven’t simply because everyone always says it’s such a dry read. Just want to say thank you to the creator of the podcast because listening to a simplified version is so much easier.

I found these so helpful! I’m listening to the audiobook of Silmarillion right now and this podcast at the same time and it really helps me to understand what’s going on. Also great humour. If you made more episodes I would definitely listen to them!!
