Shauna Madsen is a visual artist and author of The Wealthy Peasant. She started her first business in 1988 when there weren't jobs that would accommodate life as a single mother of two girls from Edmonton Canada.

Shauna's advice for single parents:
Create a vision for yourself and your little family. You get to decide on your path and reach out and ask for help. Don't stop learning.
