Good show, please turn down transition music

I like this F1 podcast & I only have good feedback on its content. However, I am begging, please adjust the audio of the music that plays between transitions of topics. I am not exaggerating that I have my volume at half, and the host's voices are at a comfortable volume. But when the music plays, it genuinely forces me to rip my ear buds out of my ears as the bass is barbarically loud & not at all expected when it hits you. Even with no ear buds in, the variance in audio levels is wildly different. Music is not important so much on this show. Please turn it down it is the only thing that makes me turn this show off midway through. Also, I don't understand why it is played twice in a row. It comes on as to gesture a topic is ended, then plays back again to open another topic. Meanwhile in reality its just playing the same tune that is ungodly loud out of nowhere, twice ? Please make this change it desperately needs to be fixed.

Good podcast but the Audio is blimey

Love listening to podcasts however it’s like you people swore to talk into each others ears. At least have your editor do some work on the audio and increase the volume when people are talking. The intro/filler music on the other hand make my ears bleed. Why can’t you just match the vocal audio to the intro music.
