    · We each move in and out of these 3 centers in our day to day lives. Yet each of us has a dominate center that we operate primarily from. Come explore these 3 unique intelligence centers and through this rich process of self inquiry you may be surprised and inspired by what you discover about yourself and how you tend to operate.

    · Program note: you may want to check out Byron Katie’s dissolving limiting beliefs called “The Work” as one possible resource. Also in the audio I want to reference the teachings of C. Myss that I included as she is the one who teaches about eliminating certain words from your vocabulary such as: blame, deserve, and guilt as a possible spiritual practice. As always you are the boss of you and you know what is best for you. Just sharing some possible resources and there are many out there for you to choose from.

    Come explore the metaphor of  bridges, and how using the      metaphor of a bridge in your own life can help you.  Learning how to      bridge a gap. Starting to call in a few  allies, like  some      symbolic bridge specialists like:  a detective or an engineer to help      you figure out  what may need bridge repairs.  Or getting better      at  how to navigate a complete bridge tear down and or a bridge      rebuild.   Perhaps being able to reflect upon how to  gauge      the costs to you at a toll bridge so to speak in your life  can be      invaluable.  Learning to calculate and weight out the costs and       determine where that leaves you.  knowing  Where you want to      spend your energy, time and effort reinforcing bridges in your life and      where on going maintenance pays is important information to gather.

    Since ancient times people have sought out experiences in the wilds of nature in order to seek guidance and renewal by going on a Vision Quest.

    *In order to help you prepare for this guided meditation & visualization so that you come into the Vision Quest with an intention, you may want to pause for a moment and ask yourself a few of these questions to help prime your pump. On this vision quest are you seeking  inspiration and to receive insights, and guidance around any of these areas: Are you desiring to open up to a new direction and vision in your life? are you wanting to look at and resolve any conflicts that have been holding you back around a specific event or situation? There are many other questions that can lead you to an intention that fits for you. I invite you now to come along to explore Vision Quest part two. Know too that you can listen to Part One Vision Quest Episode first but you don’t need to benefit from this episode. Very effective

I found these podcasts to be very helpful and effective. It’s surprising how many shifts and ‘ah-ha’ moments I experienced while listening to this series of visualization meditations. I would highly recommend and share this series with friends and family. I found the speaker’s voice to be soothing and her visualizations to be unique and extremely helpful for me to work through some of the areas I have been stuck in my life. Thank you
