In Conversation with the fabulous Steph Mclligot Essary, Business Coach and Former Real Estate Agent; and mum of five kids. She lives in Texas, USA. Her is to help women over 40 create a business they love; in order to live the life they desire. She believes that everyone has a story. She uses her 23 years in sales and marketing to teach others how to craft their story, define their message and deliver it directly to those who need to hear it the most. She wants to help others realize that it is never too late to face your fears and live the life they have always dreamed of. It is her desire to inspire others to ditch the overwhelm and embrace a life that is overflowing- in purpose, in impact and in wealth.
