Hosts: Derval Barzey (The Climate Conscious Podcast), Franziska Elmer and Robby Thigpen (Sargassum Podcast) interviewed Dr. Ashley C. John of Bequia, St Vincent and the Grenadines to share the experience of the volcanic eruptions. Dr. John has over twenty years experience as a community disaster manager. He shares insights on the devastating ordeal of the eruption, the massive extent of the physical, economic and psychosocial impacts, the need for mental and emotional reassurance and the marathon effort towards recovery.
