Taylor Andrews: I am more than what happened Find Your Groove

    • Alternative Health

Disclaimer: This episode contains content of grief and a very brief acknowledgment of suicidal thoughts. It is important to note this episode does contain post-grieving processes of the events of April 18-19, 2020. With that, there will be nothing about those events nor post-events including the inquiry.  This is a conversation about one's grief and how it has shaped their reality.

This is an episode we hold extremely dear to our hearts, as Taylor opens up her heart and soul to us, allowing us to have a glimpse into her journey with navigating grief. Aside from being a Truro local, Taylor is a mom, daughter, an incredible writer, and an advocate for grief. Grief is a complicated emotion/experience that a lot of us shy away from - but not for Taylor. Imperfectly Taylor is a blog that Taylor started approximately three years ago to support herself through an extremely difficult time.

As someone who tends to bottle emotions up, Taylor expresses the role that Imperfectly Taylor has played in supporting herself through the grieving process, and how society shapes the way we think about grief and what grief is “supposed” to look like

We love Imperfectly Taylor (especially the Music Monday posts), and we have no doubt that you will love it just as much.

Greif can be difficult. Let’s talk about it.
