On today’s episode we interview one of our girls, Alison Hawkins. We absolutely love her story because it’s so relatable; it’s where so many people start & hope to get to. She started this business at 20 years old with no experience, as a nursing student who was also working at a cafe and just wanted to make ends meet. She almost quit just days after signing up thanks to our good pal Self Sabotage, but Ri convinced her to stick it out. Now, she’s switched majors, found her passion, quit her job, works from her phone full time and just earned herself a massive five figure bonus all within a year. Ali’s your classic small town girl with big dreams, we hope you’ll see alittle bit of yourself in her. ♡

Oh boyyyy, kinda an easy topic to touch on because I've been on both sides. Today we bring on our sweet friend Delanie who came in after being stuck and spinning her wheels for a year straight with BB, and in little to no time at all - were talking weeks. Changed her life without doing much differently other than changing the opportunity she was running with.

Whether you're seasoned in this industry or brand new, this is something that can absolutely benefit you. While were always taught not to look left and right there is different when comparing the opportunity you have to another - its smart business. You should know what you have your hands on and you should absolutely be confident that you are in the right place & you can hit the next level.

Today kaleigh & I sit down to interview a girl with a hell of a story & a hell of a transformation. Katie Martin has went through it all. She’s battled anorexia & depression, didn’t have it great (to say the least) growing up, she became a mom and a military wife at a young age and she went through a very hard pregnancy that left her in a body she didn’t recognize. You’d never know these things by looking at her now. The mental and physical changes katie has gone through over the last year will have you wondering how in the world she did it. Luckily, she’s here to tell you today.

We hope that this episode leaves you with hope. Hope that, no matter what you are going through, you can and will make a comeback. Hope that what might seem impossible now, most definitely won’t be forever. Hope that you can change your reality and do a complete 180 - if you put in the work to. Video content is trending right now (Facebook lives, IGTVS, REELS, Stories), the relatability and the chance to talk to your followers is in your stories. Put time into the content on your stories to make them stand out, I promise you it takes the same amount of time and pays off wayyyyyyyyy more.

Talk about absolute madness - but we hide it well and honestly most wouldn't even know but boy are you in for a surprise cause were about to shed some light on just how much has actually been going on.

a little recap - Ri is not only 7 months pregnant and expecting Hank to be here in only 10 short weeks but Marc just transitioned into a new job (yup, no longer a farmers wife haha), they JUST closed on their first house, she has yet to even begin on the nursery, our boise retreat is days away and the reservation for the house we rented fell thru, company is coming into town all this month and she is still unpacking boxes, her cat is in HEAT and its actually a situation haha 

Kay is in the middle of selling her home here in Oregon and moving somewhere south, literally not even decided on which state as of yet but they are searching and got the green light to buy! Out of state retreats fast approaching, surgeries for both her and her husband, she just bought an exotic cat that is keeping life interesting, and to make things extra crazy OUR TEAMS ARE ON FIRE.

the point of this episode is to shed some light on the fact that our lives are insane, but you'd also never know from the outside looking in because we prioritize our biz and still show up even when we could easily make 1091381 excuses not too. Sure we will walk out of this season with some war paint, maybe use a little too much dry shampoo, and cried some stress tears but there's just about nothing we can't do so why not do it all at once.
