so grateful

I have been going through episodes of intense anxiety my whole life and am really struggling recently. I discovered Anxiety Coaches as I was desperately looking for something to give me some tools and perspective. I have been listening to it as a way to centre and calm myself as I ride the waves of panic and it's helped me so much. The gentle reminders and useful suggestions are really helping me through a difficult time.

Seasonal Affective Order

My stepfather who l have been close to for years was diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder...We lost my Mom and this past winter of 2017 the sadness of the past years took it totals. She passed away December of 2012 from Parkinson’s and Stage 4 Cancer which took a toll on himself and myself. My dad is on a couple of meds to help him cope day by day.

An oasis in my week

I have been listening to this podcast for about a year now. I always find the topics interesting and usually relevant to my current experience.
I love Gina’s calm presence and am much better off for having discovered this great podcast as I work through my recovery from anxiety and depression.
