Among a few of her past curation and education projects are the NYC Crit Club, The Vancouver General Hospital Art Collection and The Vancouver Mural Festival.
    Since 2006, her company Dazed and Confucius sees over 1000 artists one-on-one each year in addition to hosting professional development seminars for artists worldwide. While Pennylane's company caters to artists' needs such as marketing and career support, what sets them apart from other artist consultants is their core philosophy. Since March of 2020, Sonya has been working on a series of Pandemic Paintings. These works incorporate aspects of her daily life using her imagination, her dreams, elements of the city, and expressive color to create a profound and personal new body of work.
    Her new limited edition artist book, “Pandemic Paintings: Sonya Sklaroff” has just been published, with a preface by the celebrated chef, Rachael Ray.

Extremely useful art business podcast

I love this podcast. Very implementable. So helpful for emerging artist. One thing I notice though is the volume jumps drastically between the interviews and the ads. The interviews are super quiet and then the ads sound like yelling.
