Lauren Chelec Cafritz is the founder of Vitality Breath. She is an internationally known breathwork teacher, speaker and author of Breath LOVE. Lauren is trained and certified in Integrative Breathwork and Transformational Breath®, Reiki Level 1, Inner Domain 5 Element Yoga, and Ayurveda.

She facilitates breathwork for executive teams, nonprofits, government agencies, corporations, hospitals, and schools, and hosts breath retreats, conferences and workshops across the country. She is the national representative for the International Breathwork Foundation and is a member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. Lauren has appeared on numerous television and radio shows and in national publications.
