So. Good.

I’ve been listening since episode 1 and honestly, I can’t imagine if I was still on the path that I was before I found Christina.
I honestly can’t describe how much you need this in your life if you’re sick of yo yo dieting, sick of feeling shameful, tired, and not good enough
If you’re a woman, and you wanna be a badass, you need this in your life!
