Rhys Darby, Dan Schreiber, David Farrier and 'Buttons' bring you The Cryptid Factor - a show dedicated to the weird and the wonderful, and in particular, Cryptozoology.
Hear the team passionately (and often awkwardly) discuss animals yet to be proven by science - like the Mongolian Death Worm, Chupacabra, Bigfoot, and the Loch Ness Monster. Though they take the pseudo-science as seriously as they can, they struggle to take themselves seriously at all.
Its hosts are comedian & actor Rhys Darby, respected television journalist and documentarian David Farrier, host of top rating podcast 'No Such Thing as a Fish' Dan Schreiber - and Pulling it all together is their best friend, 'Buttons'. If anything goes wrong, it is probably his fault.

Just as the title says - this has to be the messiest, most chaos ridden episode in quite some time. Arguments about re-caps, pre-caps and updates, disagreements about a cat being a dog or a cat-dog... oh and Buttons gets kicked off the Internet and is relegated to a privileged listener. Also, more on the monolith craze, retired Israeli security chiefs giving the goss on UFOs and the dying art of Iron crotched kung-fu. Wowzers!

With Rhys busy selling his books (Buttons McGinty vol3 *OUT NOW*), Buttons busy learning to speak and Dan busy in lockdown, the team have been struggling to get episode 54 out. To solve this, the team attempt to do this episode 'unedited' for better or (possibly more likely) worse. Outside of the normally omitted mess, they also talk about underwater escapes from FBI, Lasers on Jetplanes, silly world record attempts and expensive farts. Also in this ep - the NZ South Island alien big cat heads north and a UK Sasquatch starts throwing Salmon.

Interesting and hilarious
These guys are great. I always listen to these podcasts as soon as they come out they are my favourite. They need to get Buttons in the title though. Buttons is rad.
