I really enjoy listening to this podcast. Probably one of the better ones I’ve listened to. Quite surprising how much ive learnt and I research a lot lol. I listened to one podcast the other day you had posted and was really surprised with how accurate and not only that but super helpful and really hit home for me and got me thinking so keep posting I will surely be listening through all of these.

Daryl introduced me to the podcast world by asking me to be on as a guest, it was amazing! He quickly eased my nerves and interviewed me in a way that I felt heard and excited! He sparked a joy in me that made me start my own podcast and has become a great friend because of it.

He spreads such awesome information about health and fitness and is a truly inspirational individual! His podcast is great and filled with useful information, it’s very obvious that he works hard to make this podcast successful and fun for all!
