Food. Movies. Music. Lovely guests. And it all kicks off of one solid Dad Joke. Did I mention food..
It doesn't stop: just the most perfect lil podcast package from beginning to end.

Best podcast format and hosts

Love this podcast; it's an ingenious format, each episode following stages of a party, with an icebreaker, cocktail, chat with someone interesting, etiquette, etc, but each segment is infused with the funny, creative flair of the two likeable hosts. They have great guests and the show moves along with brisk and good cheer. I look forward to long drives and working in the basement just so I can listen to this show.

Refreshing and Topical

I discovered with pleasure The Dinner Party Download: a well produced and topical potpourri of humour and insights. While I'm not sure many will actually use the podcast as a primer for successful dinner party conversation (no more than Dinner with Andre set the bar via film), the conceit works well enough to entertain and inform for 17 min. per episode. What more can one ask of a podcast?
