Great podcast

My mom and myself always were on one diet after another. I never forgot Something she said 6.5 years ago. I wish l could be my previous weight. At that time she was diagnosed with Terminal Cancer and Parkinson’s. She passed away in December of 2012 and she was under 100lbs.
l have had many medical challenges since 2003. I had thyroid cancer stage 2 with major life saving surgery and 3 years of treatments. Then in 2015 at age 48 l was diagnosed with a rare type of Diabetes Type 2 associated with Thyroid removal . I
t changed my life and now weigh 155 ND back in 2015 was 215 lbs.
