More judgemental than healthy

I listened to several episodes before making my review on this podcast. I thought this would be a nice helpful podcast with some great healthy lifestyle tips and I was blown away by how judgemental and rude a lot of the comments made on here are. For people trying to better themselves this is not where to start because it will shame you to no end.
