    Raise your vibration and send a ripple out to your household and the rest of our beautiful planet!  Recently I talked about the circle of control and how you should stay in this as much as possible but let's talk about this on a more emotional scale.  Whilst you can't stop what other people are choosing right now, you can focus on your vibration - and don't underestimate the ripple effect that your vibration has on the world right now.  You are source energy, we are all connected because we are the universe - each and every one of us.

    So in this episode I talk through some ways that you can raise your energy and vibration.  We will explore what lower vibration looks like and what emotions contribute to this and we will explore some higher vibration emotions and what you can do personally to feel better and contribute in a positive way to the world right now.

    I saw a beautiful quote shared by 'Becoming Minimalist'.  A quote that really made me stop and consider a lot of different things whilst we are all staying at home to do our part in restoring the world's health.

    The quote was this: 

    "In the rush to return to normal, use this time to consider which parts of normal are worth rushing back to." ~ Dave Hollis

    We have the opportunity to choose what we want our new normal to look like.

    So if you could hit that reset button, what would your world look like.  What would your new normal be?

    So it's been a strangely emotional time for many of us.  Life as we know it has changed drastically for now so I thought it might help and be a comfort for many of you to talk through The Change Curve by Kubler-Ross.  I thought of this when I sat and pondered my own emotions over the last few days.  We used this model a lot in the corporate world and I realised that I was following this again right now and most importantly - that it was normal and ok to feel this way.

    So even if you are usually a pretty calm person, like me, yet you still feel out of sorts because life has turned upside down, I hope this helps you make more sense of how you are feeling right now and that you can embrace the feelings and ride that roller-coaster for a while.

    Right now it really feels like the world is going mad and unless you have been hiding under a rock these past weeks, you will have seen the Coronavirus media going crazy with stories about how this might affect us all.  As usual, the media frenzy has caused mass panic that takes valuable resources and services away from those who really need them and has created a huge feeling of lack and fear. So lets look at how you can gain a bit of perspective around this and manage your personal energy even if you can't control everything else!

    In this podcast I talk through an exercise that can help you - Stephen Covey's Circle of Control or Circle of Influence.  So if you have been having sleepless nights over all this and want to gain a bit of control and sanity over your mindset, please take a few minutes to do this exercise.  It's one I use often when I want to get control of my perspective again.

    How to visualise and manifest - or even how to just visualise full stop!  A lot of people have told me that they find it difficult to visualise at all so here is a simple exercise that will take just 1 minute to prove that all of us have the capability to visualise....  In fact we are doing it all day every day, except we may spend more time visualising about what we DON'T want instead of what we DO want.  We naturally visualise by default as part of our day to day life. Here are some tips for those of you who want to incorporate visualisation into their daily manifestation practice so that you can do it with ease and focus on what really matters when we visualise on purpose.

    68. You Will Receive A Body

    Are there parts of your body that you don't love as much as you could do.  My friend and I have started our own mini book club and our first book is 'If Life Is a Game, These Are The Rules' by Chérie Carter-Scott and the first few pages in the first chapter are jam packed with simple wisdom that has already been a great reminder of how important it is to value and accept our bodies. Now I have already come a long way in this area over the years - this book which I have dipped in and out of for well over 15 years now played a huge part in the acceptance of my body amongst other things (which I will reflect on in future podcasts!).  So lets look at an example I have and why it's so important to accept and appreciate your body right now - perfection definitely not required!
