Great reflection before sleep
I love Fr. James and really enjoy his thoughts and his guidance through the Ignatian prayer. I agree that the chosen music is irritating at first, but I've listened long enough that it doesn’t bug me anymore.
only downside is the music
Would have rated this 5 stars if the music was more ambient or if it was silent between speaking. Lovely guided examen though! Thank you!
The examine
I also find the piano music in the background too loud and distracting. I think either soft sounds of nature or silence would more suit this practice
