Fill your Cup

I love this podcast for lots of reasons.... the messages, for sure! But also because it give me a chance to listen to real people talk about real stuff. Very relatable.

Love the trans episode

I love every episode from Rachel but particularly this week’s episode where she invited her friend from high school who’s trans. I don’t know anyone who is trans at he moment but do have a few friends who are homosexual and it was good to learn about what is appropriate to ask, even with natural intentions! And what I learned best from the end was that it’s not about sexuality or genderization at all... it’s about learning who you are, making peace with it against all societal pulls and just plain being your best self. We can all relate to that because it’s something we all struggle with from day to day anyway. Love it, thanks Rach!
