I’ve listened to two episodes of this podcast and I find it so fascinating. Interesting topics and thoughtful research. Who doesn’t want to be happier?

great info, difficult listening

I love the content of this podcast, Dr. Laurie is clearly very intelligent and knows what she’s talking about. Unfortunately her reading style is really hard to listen to and focus on, too much emphasis on every word... Feels unnatural and preachy. In the clips where she’s being candid, she sounds so different, better. Would love to see that in coming episodes. Ads are also unbearably long.

Inspirational and scientifically valid

As a PhD in neuroscience, I am happy to promote this podcast as being a scientifically valid and accurate podcast. For people who want to know more about how to be happy based on scientifically proven techniques and not just anecdotal evidence, this is your resource. Thank you for creating this podcast and saving thousands of people's time having to do their own literature searches into happiness!
