Too hard to listen to

I started listening but I have to stop because it’s basically a person reading information rather quickly more than anything. It’s really unfortunate because if it was told in a more pleasing manner I would have kept listening. It’s very annoying to listen to someone speed read.

Hello from Nova Scotia

After being turned on to Podcasts by a friend it was a pleasure to find Ray’s History of WW2 library. Just the right amount info in each episode and good narration. Lots of little tidbits you don’t normally hear about too. Plus Ray’s family helps out on some of the sponsor ads which always makes me chuckle. “Respect The Face!” Thanks Ray. My favourite was the ending of the battle of Taranto: “all ships to fly same colours”, still makes me think of the pride those men must have felt. Was surprised at how moving that was. You make my commute 100% better!

Great Podcast

Well researched, well presented. Ray does an excellent job in discussing WW II in lots of detail covering all the theatres of the conflict.
