TRUTH in every podcast!

I’m so thankful I came across Karen’s podcast! I have been dealing with early menopause and have had a hell of a journey up to this point. I initially feared HRT but overtime I recognize their importance in allowing me to live a long, healthy life. Karen debunks the fear and misinformation around HRT and she really opened my eyes to what I was missing all along!
